Lunch, 07.12.11: Tuscan Bread Salad

What's for lunch today?

I fabricated a Tuscan breadstuff salad with heirloom tomatoes, basil, cucumbers, grilled sourdough pugliese (I misted the slices with olive oil and grilled them on a not-stick grill pan), olive oil, salt and pepper.

Easy, lite and refreshing. 🙂

That sounds similar the perfect summer meal! I'm trying to convince myself that I need to cook (rather than ordering out), but it is and so hot that maybe I'll but skip dinner 🙂

This is one of my favorite summertime dishes. Information technology just captures the beauty of summer. Sometimes I'll add together some fresh mozzarella to arrive a full meal.
